Domino’s—where everyone knows your name.

We sought to make the carryout experience even more seamless, frictionless, and efficient by creating Pie Pass. When you pull up to the store, you can “check in” with the press of a button in the Domino’s app to alert the store team that you’ve arrived. By the time you walk in, you’ll be on a first name basis and a team member will have your order all ready to hand off.

To launch Pie Pass, we built a Domino’s store to match the Cheers bar floor plan, combed through every episode of Cheers to find takes of Norm that would work, and placed him inside our Domino’s. Only this time, everybody does not know his name, because he didn’t use Pie Pass.
