Personal
After spending most of my life on the New York coast, I packed my bags for Boulder and those fabled pointy things called mountains. 10+ years later I’ve found myself on top of 31 of Colorado’s 58 fourteeners (see the .gif), and happily living that #mountainlife nestled in a cozy A-Frame with my husband, our fluffy mountain dog Timber and our baby boy, Aldie.
Work
I am, as my creative partner likes to say, “burdened with giving a shit.” I don’t think of myself as working “on” a brand; I always genuinely feel like I work directly for that brand, and fight to generate business results with strategic bold,, breakthrough ideas. I also care about the details and the craft, and have a soft spot for clever portmanteaus and smart tag lines.
Mentorship
I like to pass on the “burden of giving a shit.” As a creative director, I don’t believe in handing down my ideas to other creatives to execute. Instead, I look for, listen to, and foster the passion they have for their own ideas, and provide thinking and direction to give them the best possible chance of selling/making the things they’d be absolutely stoked to put in their books.
